Our Staff

Here at St Gilbert of Sempringham we pride ourselves on having high quality staff in place to provide the best care and support for your children.

All our staff are qualified and have either teacher status or are teaching assistants, qualifications in Early Years Childcare or are on a training pathway to achieve a childcare certificate.

We ensure that all adults working with children within our setting are employed via the Safer Recruitment process, ensuring they have a clear Disclosure and Barring Check (DBS).

All our staff are fully trained in Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene and have all completed appropriate safeguarding training.
