Welcome to your weekly challenge! Each week, there will be a new challenge for maths, literacy and topic. Can you complete them?
Don't forget to send in pictures of your challenge on Class Dojo!
This week, your maths challenge is one we regularly do in school. How many different ways can you make these numbers? Remember, you can only use each number once.
The numbers you need to make are:
75 130 146
You can use + - x ÷ and the numbers 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 10.
Let's imagine you are going on an adventure. It may be to a desolate island, a dense jungle or the unknown. Can you write a story about your adventure?
It can be as long or short as you want. It may be about you or a made up character.
As we approach the last week before Easter, I have an activity for you to complete to conclude our topic 'Where would you settle?'
Think about the differences between a village, town and city. Choose one of these and represent it in any way you can. This may be a drawing, photo, model or any other way you can think of laying it out. Use research or your own knowledge to include things you would see in either a village, town or city.
What type of houses would you see?
Would there be shops, schools, stadiums or shopping centres?
What others things may you see?
