Orange Tips (Reception)

Hi Orange Tips!

I hope you are all having lots of fun at home and staying safe!

I have just uploaded some more websites offering free resources and ideas for home learning on the Covid-19 resource page. I will be uploading learning activities each week to keep you busy so please keep checking the website.

I would love to update our class page with all of your hard work at home so please email me the exciting things you get up to or alternatively share on Tapestry.

If parents have any questions about home learning feel free to give me an email or to contact me via Tapestry.

Knowledge Organiser Splish Splash Splosh (Term 4)

Hello and Welcome to Orange Tips!

My name is Miss Leek and I am the new reception class teacher. Seventeen children have started with us this September and they have all settled in brilliantly. This term we are focusing on the topic 'all about me'. The children have a different focus each week and so far we have enjoyed learning about ourselves, our families and Autumn. Orange Tips are also currently working really hard on phonics and are being sent home 'green words' to further develop their learning. Once they can read these words, they are swapped for a different pack. In maths we have been focusing on counting including how to form numbers correctly.

I am excited for the rest of the year and look forward to sharing it!
