Common Blue (Years 3 and 4)

Welcome to the Common Blues class page!

I hope that everyone is enjoying learning from home and I look forward to hearing all about it when we come back to school.

In the mean time, I would love to hear about the exciting things you have been doing at home, so feel free to email me at any time.

Each week the website will be updated with new learning to keep those brains working hard.

Don't forget to sign up to Class Dojo to keep in touch with your teacher and find out what everyone has been getting up to at home.

See you all soon,

Miss Laywood.

Welcome Back!

I would like to welcome you to our page. Here you will find all the information you need about our class.

I would like to introduce myself as the new class teacher for the year 3/4s. My name is Miss Laywood and I am really looking forward to the year ahead. I am lucky enough to have two teaching assistants, Miss Brittain and Mrs Richardson, to be working alongside me in the Common Blues.

This half term our topic is:

The Greatest Show

We will be learning all about the circus including the history, different acts and important people linked to the circus. Our topic is based around the film 'The Greatest Showman'. In science, our focus title is 'This is Me' where we will be looking at the human body, including skeletons, muscles, the digestive system and our teeth.

Keep an eye out on this page for more exciting information about our work!
